Easter Bunny Cake

My wife's family tradition! The Easter Bunny Cake.

This tradition was started by her Grandmother in Tennessee, carried on by her Dad in Florida every year and now she's brought the tradition to New Zealand. Make a simple vanilla (or any flavour) cake, box mix is fine here, and bake it in two round pans. Cut as per the diagram below and decorate with desiccated coconut (for the fur) and your fav lollies. Isn’t he such a wee cutie! 😉
