In 2003, real estate giant Harcourts International were struggling to give their 5,000+ agents real-time information on their customers and their property.  Customer Presentations were printed, pages inserted into a binder, client information was stored in Daytimer diaries, and recent property sales were printed once a week in a 30-page catalogue. There had to be a better, more  cost effective model.
